This will be the final planning meeting for the Ice Breaker. We will be setting the schedule of events and taking volunteers for various duties. Your participation is important so please attend if possible.

Bruce will also be giving Part I of an in-depth overview of how to prepare for the upcoming Autobahn event. He will cover what to bring to the event, things to check out with your car at the track and in advance of going, what to expect when you arrive at the track, how the event will be run as well as a lesson as to what all those flags being waved at you mean when you are on the track.

Part II next month will cover driving technique and driver ettiquette complete with video for demonstration.

As usual, Griffin will supply the pizza and soda (thanks to John!).

If anyone has ever thought about taking their car to the track, this meeting would be a good meeting to come to. There may be a few members that have either not had the opportunity to get their car on the track or just didn't know enough about how to actually get on a race track.

I will be covering all of the basics and have information to hand out to everyone that they can take home with them in preparation of future events. Some of this information my be repetitive for seasoned track participants but I wanted to start with the basics so nobody would be excluded.

It should be helpful for everyone. See you there!
