Nice looking ride you have there. Sorry to hear you have to sell it.

We have a for sale section here on this board in case you didn't know?

http://www.wisvtoa.com/wisvtoavb/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=6

There might be better exposure there?

Good Luck!

I was thinking of moving it there but the forum title is Parts for Sale or Trade so I left it here. We should think about changing the forum title.

I will work on that. :geek:

Thanks for the replies , its going to be a hard to part with this car , it has been all that I expected an more. I started out with 60's Mustangs and have owned Mustangs all my adult life so this gives me a chance to come full circle and have that old look and Bullit movie gurgle with modern day sophistication. If it does'nt happen though it won't break my heart because after hanging with you guys I've come to find out late models are pretty cool too. Catch you guys on the circuit. Carl

It looks great, should sell fast if the right person can be located. Any special reason for the sale?

We are thinking of selling in the distant future too. We would either look at the new Saleen or sorry about this, a Corvette.

I know, I know but what can I do if FORD doesn't have a muscle car?

that Ford doesn't have a sports car (unless you count the Ford GT).

The Mustang GT is a muscle car in every sense of the word. Then you have Steeda, Foose, Roush, and Saleen. And, of course, the 2007 Shelby GT-500.

Forgot about those, must of had a senior moment.

Anyway just dreaming alittle as to our next purchase. Thats all we do here in Florida besides golfing & pool parties. Of course it is cold this weekend, only mid 50's, so no pool or golf but 80 by Thursday.

Sorry to say but I traded in this Cobra in for a Honda S2000. I was in the market for a new Mustang GT. Bash me if you like but I wanted a convertible but just could'nt make a deal on a Mustang. I've read about these S2000's over the years and decided to test drive one because of the mark downs and reputations of these cars. The car was impressive , acceleration times are just about the same as a new Mustang GT and can these cars handle . It was a real tough decision due to the fact that I'm a outsider now. I'll still come around to check you guys out , I'll just bring my wifes ZX2 or my sons Probe GT. Happy motoring . Former 1badsvt.

Show me a Ford dealer that isn't dealing right now.

Thats the name of the game right now.

The S2000 looks like alot of fun. My L is beginning to seem like old hat in the circle.

That SRT-8 300C looks pretty sick. Pretty bad to see that flying by ya driving a Lightning.

Ya know you can start moding your L, I'm sure there are a few guys around here who can point you in the right direction with that.

I still have 2 years of factory warranty left and don't want to do anything major at this point. I would have been nice to see Ford bump up the HP on the L between 02-04. In 2001, it was the "Truck"

I nickeled amd dimed myself on my Mustang which proved a waste without a power adder.

Kenne Bell would sound like the best approach for some serious gains.

Carl, sorry for the loss. I never get to see enough of the group and it was sad to see that you had to get rid of the snake. I also hope that you drop by the clubs event's and say HI:beer:
