Gear Lube Leaking

LUBE LEAK IN REAR END

Just noticed a small lube leak on the garage floor. It is coming from the center area of the rear end. Called Griffin Ford for information as to warrenty repair & they say that since I am one(1) month past the 3 years it is not covered. Only 10K miles and not warrentied? Any ideas who to call or what to do??
