I am stumped.
Went to the track...made 3 passes. Went home, everything was fine.

Next day, on the way to work, car would not go into boost...AT ALL.
Car drives normal, no stumbling or sputtering...It just feels NA.

Checked all hoses
Swapped boost solenoid with another Cobra
Swapped FPS from another Cobra
Boost dump diaphram is working

Could it be electrical?
The boost sensor at the back of the blower, could it be that?
What device controls boost dump when you put the clutch in?
So many questions!!
I took the blower off last night in frustration.

Marv, Are you reading any boost on the gauge? Any blower whine when you get on it? Sounds like the blower bypass is stuck open. Im in Caledonia too now-but have to work till 9 tonite. Ray

Hey Ray.
Yes, blower still whines.
Boost bypass diaphram works too. But the butterfly valve hooked up to the boost diaphram may not be working. On the KB's, thats a pain to work on, that why I had to take the blower off last night :(
no, boost not showing boost. car doesnt pull either. It feels NA totally.

The little bypass flapper should be slammed shut under spring pressure. When youre not under boost, vac opens up the bypass. The diaphram/vac only bypasses boost. you need to check the adjustment and make sure the spring is forcing the flapper shut.
You might have a broken spring or the adjustment screws loosened up? Hard to tell from here though.
What times did you run?
