Hey guys, if you missed out on October 9th, we have another chance. October 30th (Saturday) from 9AM to 5PM. Cost to race is $12.00
The track may close at any time come November. So this could be your last chance to race before April, and that is a LONG time to wait! So be there!!!

So is this just open to wisvtoa members or can anyone come? I got a friend who's interested in going this coming tuesday, but if it turns out to be that he can get in on saturday for cheaper, we both might do that.

Your friend would be more than welcome, we just don't want to abuse the generosity of Greg and the track.
Remember the tell them at the front gate that you are with Greg's car club.

No problem, just thought I'd check since he's from the "other side" of the river. (*cough* bowtie).

Was cold and blustery but most of the early day was rain free....
I was not there, but I live near.
I never knew how much Halloween plans my wife made for my 2.5 year old....suffice to say, no chance to come.

Well, don't feel bad because I think the weather kept everyone away. I showed up to lend some moral support but no one came except for Mike (Sonicboom) who was coming in as I was leaving. He came with his Mini Cooper S this time to see how it would do.
I should say though that Greg was there with his son Mike but that is pretty much a given in most people's mind I think (like asking "Was the Pope at church last Sunday?).
So guys, what did the Mini do and did you get your problems sorted out Greg?

The track was too cold Chris, it wasn't good...

The Mini was slower than I thought it would be. Not much traction with the street tires, the car is my wife's and it is bone stock. Ran 15.8 at 90mph.
Had fun anyway, my son was able to take a couple of rides down the track with me. He thought that was a blast. The car seems alot faster since it is so low to the ground. Had fun, thanks Greg.

I had good intentions. As I was driving down CTH KR, wind and rain started pounding on the windshield. I stopped at the driveway, waited, saw no traffic, and decided to call it a day.
:(
To keep the trip from being a total loss, I bought a 2005 Mustang GT on the way home!
:wow:
Yep, a 1/18 model of the silver concept, at Ty Toys in Waterford.
