We purchased the M8 from a meticulous original owner two years ago. The Mark is a deep red garnet, with saddle interior. I just rolled 100,ooo miles on it. Runs stout, 22+ mpg (premium). This car carries the same motor that the Navigator, Maurader and Mach I has. It has new Goodyears. The air springs are fine. There is no sign of rust anywhere on car, including under the doors. I\'m asking $5100 :D

Since the original post, I have installed new polyurethane bushings on both lower control arms struts, replaced the right front front wheel bearing assembly (due to a slight whine), and installed a new left lower ball joint and lower control arm. Last month, I installed a new battery. The air suspension works fine. It vents when after it is parked and the car lowers itself when driven over 60 mph - just as God intended it to.

In late-October, I couldn't pass up a set of wheels on eBay. The wheels that I purchased are 35th Anniversary Cougar wheels (very rare). These came from Florida and are in perfect condition. They are identical to the M8 wheel, except the interior of the spokes are painted black. Very classy - it really offsets the garnet red nicely. Both sets of wheels include tires that are "like new" (Goodyear and BFG premium tires).

I would sell it all for $5100. My reason for selling...it just isn't my type of ride. ;)

I am listing several pictures of the Mark VIII for your viewing.

In this photo you can see that I have one of the "summer wheels" (Cougar 35th Anniversary wheel) on the rear. These wheels are the same style as the standard Mark VIII wheel, except the interior spokes are painted black.

Ruby's Got Back. The rear bumper has some fine scratches on top. This is from the former owner when the car was not pulled all the way into the garage and the door came down on the bumper.

Ruby's Interior 2. The Mark VIII floor mats are showing wear, but the carpeting is perfect.

Ruby was sold today, March 22, at 10:53 AM.

The owner was very happy to get her. I think she is in great hands.
