Wow - Lots of Lightning. I'm not referring to this weekend's weather, either. Good showing guys!

Hopefully, more snakes will slither out for the July 27th show at Soerens.

Come on Snake owners, lets get over to Waynes on the 17th. Can't let those Lightnings beat us in attendance like the did. It was embarassing.
Really, it was a neat thing to see, all these SVT products drew lots of lookers. Many of the people that were checking out our '03 couldn't believe that the Blower was stock.
How about bringing the wives or girl friends to Waynes.? Would give my wife someone to talk too. Make this a night out with them.

I'd say. There were alot of blowers in the house that night as well. An eaton executive would've been happy :D

We were most definately noticed:

It's good to be noticed. :bna:

I was happy to see many new faces at Georgie's, Dean, Ron, Dan, Tim, blue bolt (sorry I forgot your first name), Jeff & Justin (who wins longest trip to the event award coming all the way from Janesville :wow: and I hope I got your son's name right). Forgive me if I forgot someone, please let me know if I did.

Tom, thanks for the pop-up canopy. It was a big help.

animal, thanks for doing the pre-event leg work with Georgie's.

Besides L's and Cobra's there was also Tom's T-bird, Mike's '67 Mustang, and Jason's (who came later) SVT Focus.

I had a great time and look forward to Wayne's. (Although be watching for a change in date as our Georgie's turnout will exceed the space available for our group on a typical Thursday night at Wayne's. They have just started a "late model" night on Tuesday's which may be more up our alley).

There's matt too. Silver L from St Francis... granted he's not on the internet anyways.

The leg work wasn't a problem since my fingers did the walking ;)

This was my first event and I had a really good time. It's a good thing I filled up before I left; 110 miles round trip, but thats ok it was worth it. I'm still not used to using 93 octane yet.

Until last Saturday night the only place I had ever seen more L's was at a SVT dealer. I really didn't know what to expect when I showed up but this event was bigger then I thought. There were alot of cars and people there and we by far had the largest group. I met alot of nice guys even though I'm sure I won't remember all of your names, in time I will get to know them.

If your wondering if I'll be attending more events just consider this famous quote............."I'll be back".

And Dean, we appreciate the warning! j/k  It was nice to see a DSG L up close. See you around.
