Shop Talk - Wednesday, October 20 - Griffin FLM - 6:30pm

Hi Everyone,

Please join us for the first Shop Talk of the Fall season on Wednesday, October 20th, at 6:30pm at Griffin. In addition to pizza and soda, there will be a mystery vehicle, Director's report, and a review of the past season of WISVTOA events. Hope to see you on Wednesday.

I am kinda new here, what goes on at these shop talk events? I would be interested in attending one before the roads get slick.

Well, we usually start with the mystery feature vehicle. If I had to guess, I would say the new Fiesta would be a good bet this time around. Then we break for pizza and move into the meeting portion in which this Shop Talk will cover a review of the summer events, future events, general club business and I am sure a full report of the Dells cruise where John Clor of Ford Performance and LeRoy Butler spoke. John had some very interesting stories that we will probably talk about. Meetings are pretty much over by about 8:00 but many stick around afterwards to talk.

The purpose of Shop Talk is a way to stay connected as a group during months (October through May) that we generally cannot drive our cars and trucks to events to meet. Hope to see you Wednesday.

Dean, i left you a message about carpooling but i have to work til 5 now so that prolly won't work. Anyone want to meet up for a beer or something beforehand? I should be in the griffin area between 5:30 and 5:45ish.
