I saw you are back from your "Company Trip," anything of interest you can share about the new SVTOA team?

Well, it's been quite a week. They flew me into San Diego on Monday and I stayed until Wednesday. We had several meetings, and I can say this- those rumors about SVTOA going away are just that- rumors. We have a new modern facility staffed with dozens of people, the call center now has over SEVENTY phone lines (we used to have two!) so you won't get a busy signal if you call the Members Services line.

There is not much else to report except to say that customer service will be dramatically improved, and they have added several new staff members to assist the membership.

They seem like a GREAT bunch of people, who work together very well. They treated me like a king for crying out loud! Put me up in a very nice hotel, they took us out for a really nice dinner in Del Mar, and provided us with meals during the day.

I'm very excited for the future of SVTOA. Those folks who like to spread rumors could not have been more mistaken.
Ford spent a lot of money on my trip, I do not think they would have done any of this if we were not going to be here for the long haul.

Chris- thanks again to you and Mike for helping me get to where I am at with Ford-SVT right now. It means a lot and I owe you guys big time!!! :D
